I help you work through the fear, anxiety, overwhelm, grief or betrayal you may be experiencing, while prayerfully identifying and uprooting conditions and patterns of the heart that may be influencing how you respond.
Then I teach you practical, down-to-earth Biblical ways to handle the difficult situation or person—including what to say, what not to say, how to communicate assertively, when to disengage and how to respond differently in your particular circumstances.
Over many years of counseling, prayer, studying Scripture and seeking the Lord's direction, I've developed a deeply individualized approach combining Biblical counseling, Biblical assertiveness tools/techniques, practical responses, specific Scriptures and prayer, and—when appropriate—Biblical spiritual-warfare principles.
