Sherry Lynne's Signature Program, The ‘HEALED SOUL = HAPPY LIFE!’ is a 7 week program, consisting of weekly (consecutive) 60 minute, one-on-one sessions with Sherry Lynne. As Sherry is led by the Holy Spirit, accountability and homework will be given.

Intensives:
- Sherry's Biblical Counseling Intensive is a customized accelerated format for counseling where the counseling work is done in blocks of time/extended sessions — often several hours at a time.
- If you want accelerated results...Instead of stretching Sherry's Signature program over 7 weeks, why not consider doing the equivalent of weeks/months of counseling with focused Deep Dive Intensive 3 - 5 hour session formats with Sherry Lynne, which can help avoid the ‘re-entry’ gap where weekly progress is lost to daily life stressors.
- Additionally Sherry's Biblical Counseling Intensives are an excellent way to really tackle [one specific issue] more effectively.
- This is ideal for when you want to take a block of time off to really focus on your mental health and gain momentum, rather than fitting counseling into a your busy schedule.
- In Sherry's standard 60-minute Biblical Counseling session, the first 5–10 minutes are often spent checking in, and the last 5–10 minutes are spent winding down and grounding before you leave. That leaves only 30–40 minutes for deep therapeutic work.
In Sherry's Biblical Counseling Intensives, the sessions are much longer — for example, a 3 - 5 hour block allows for the equivalent of 3 - 5 or more regular sessions in just one day. This sustained focus helps you stay in the “flow” of the work without being interrupted by the clock. - Clients often describe intensives as deeply moving and surprisingly clarifying. It’s common to feel lighter, relieved, more hopeful, and more connected to yourself afterward. Because the work is concentrated, you may also feel emotionally tired or reflective for a couple days. Sherry will talk about self-care strategies so you can stay under the anointing as the healing process continues after your intensive ends.
- Please note that Intensives require structure of time allotment for that session, which Sherry will go over with you at the beginning of each Intensive session.
- Costs vary based on the length and structure of the intensive. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due
